So it's a fake news about the poor product quality or unsafety but caused by the improper using method from the consumer. The problem already be solved immediately at that time and the media also withdrew the inaccurate news . Also detik and other media withdrew the news now.

Penjelasan mengenai isu tidak akurat kemarin

Berita tersebut terjadi di tiga bulan yang lalu di India, type tersebut juga Y55L bukan V5. User tersebut datang ke store vivo untuk memberikan duduk perkara tersebut dan pihak vivo segera memecahkan duduk perkara tersebut dengan cara tukar unit gres kepada user. Pihak user juga memberitahu bahwa HP tersebut pernah jatuh dan kena benda tajam di episode belakang. User tersebut sudah tanda tangan di atas surat konfirmasi bahwa costumer tersebut terima dengan solusi tersebut. Kaprikornus isu perihal vivo v5 kualitas tidak cantik atau ancaman itu yaitu isu yang palsu, sebab semua dikarenakan pemakaian yang tidak benar dari costumer tersebut. Masalah sudah di pecahkan segera di waktu yang cepat dan dari pihak media India juga sudah menarik isu yang tidak akurat. Sekarang pihak media detik dan lainnya juga sudah menarik isu tersebut.
